These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of skinsarena.org (the “Website”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

The Website is operated by AURAVAULT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16652533, with its registered office at 5 Merchant Square, London, England, W2 1AY (“Company”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Eligibility and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country of residence) to use this Website and its services.

Where required, you agree to complete identity, age, or compliance checks, including KYC verification. Submitting inaccurate or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of your access.

If you are using the Website on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

Jurisdictional Restrictions

Our services are available internationally, except in jurisdictions subject to international sanctions or where access is restricted by applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website is lawful in your country.


2. Nature of Our Services

The Website operates as an online marketplace facilitating the resale and delivery of gaming skins and in-game digital items through Steam trade offers.

We do not create, modify, or host the digital items offered on the Platform. Our role is limited to enabling secure transactions and arranging delivery through authorised technical means.

All payments are processed via approved third-party payment service providers.


3. Accounts and Security

Access to the Platform is provided through Steam authentication.

You agree to maintain accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure at all times. You are fully responsible for any activity carried out through your account.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected.


4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to pay the full price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and fees.

Available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process. All payments are handled by certified payment processors in accordance with PCI DSS standards. The Company does not store your card or payment credentials.

Use of unauthorised or compromised payment instruments is strictly forbidden and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

We may cancel or decline any order where fraud, pricing errors, or system misuse is suspected.

Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and may be updated without prior notice.

Card Transactions

The Merchant agrees to adhere to all rules, regulations, and procedures established by relevant card schemes (e.g., Visa and Mastercard) in connection with card transactions.

Merchant Liability Limitations

The Merchant facilitates payouts on behalf of users but does not directly control or process banking transactions.
The Merchant does not guarantee the timing of bank processing or settlement of funds.
The Merchant is not liable for delays, errors, or failures caused by banks, card schemes, or other payment intermediaries.
The Merchant shall not be responsible for technical, network, or software issues that may affect payouts.


5. Delivery of Digital Items

Once payment is confirmed, purchased items are transferred via Steam trade offer to your linked account.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect trade URLs, restricted inventories, account limitations, or other user-side issues.

Delivery typically takes place within 7 days, but in exceptional technical cases may take up to 14 days. Where delivery cannot be completed, you may request a refund or alternative fulfilment at no additional cost.

Your responsibilities include:

· Providing a valid Steam trade link;
· Ensuring Steam Guard and mobile authentication are enabled if required;
· Keeping your Steam account eligible for trades (no bans, restrictions, or holds).


6. Selling Items and Payouts

Users who list items for sale agree to the following conditions:

Listings

All items must be accurately categorised and comply with our internal risk and compliance policies. We reserve the right to decline or remove listings at our discretion.

Transfer of Items

Items remain in your inventory until sold. Upon sale, you must transfer the item exactly as instructed. Failure to do so may result in account limitations.

Fees

A 10% platform commission applies to each successful sale.

Payouts

To request payouts, you must provide correct and complete payment details. Identity or compliance verification may be required prior to release of funds.

Payouts are usually processed within 3–7 business days after delivery confirmation. Processing times may vary due to regulatory or payment-provider requirements.

Minimum payout: €10
Maximum payout: €5,000

Limits may be adjusted at our discretion.

Geographic Restrictions

Payouts and withdrawals are prohibited in jurisdictions where such transactions are not permitted by applicable law or are not supported by our payment providers, including:

Monitoring and Regulatory Compliance

To meet applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, the Company may request that users complete identity verification before any payouts are issued. Users are expected to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including personal details and valid government-issued identification. The Company may postpone, suspend, or deny payouts until all verification procedures have been successfully finalized.

In cases of invalid items, failed transfers, or fraud, payouts may be reversed.

All payout operations are conducted through authorised payment partners in compliance with GDPR and PCI DSS.


7. Refunds and Cancellations

In line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you acknowledge that once digital content is delivered immediately after purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal is waived.

Orders may only be cancelled before payment confirmation.

Refunds may be considered within 30 days where items have not been delivered or accepted via Steam, or where required by law.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated misuse.


8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

· Use the Website for unlawful purposes, including money laundering or sanctions violations;
· Submit false or misleading information;
· Attempt to disrupt the security or operation of the Platform;
· Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without written consent;
· Engage in fraudulent behaviour, chargeback abuse, or resale of unlawfully obtained items.

Breach of these rules may result in account termination, withholding of funds, and reporting to competent authorities.


9. Intellectual Property

All Website content (including design, text, logos, and code) belongs to the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

CS2 and all related assets are trademarks of Valve Corporation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve. Our Platform merely facilitates the resale of existing digital items.


10. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

AURAVAULT LTD acts as the Data Controller under UK GDPR. Data is collected strictly for identity verification, fraud prevention, order fulfilment, and regulatory compliance.

You have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or delete your data in accordance with applicable law.


11. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or reputation.

We are not responsible for actions or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms such as Steam.


12. Indemnity and Account Termination

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time where violations are reasonably suspected.


13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution by contacting our support team.
